I had forgotten about how we went from about 18th to promotion in our first year in the FL. So here's to renewed optimism.

A fair assessment from PW and you can't disagree with the sentiment.

Finances, youth development and North Stand highlighted has steps forward for 2017. His acknowledgement of poor performances on the pitch are probably about as much as I would have expected. He's effectively saying 'it's not good enough, I know it's not good enough, I'm monitoring this situation'.

Question remains, will he trust Sarll with this transfer window?

He trusted Teddy in the January transfer window and we were far worse then.

'Our admin team is very lean and professional'

That's management speak for "we have shed staff (through redundancy or natural wastage) and not replaced them, but expect those left to pick up the slack".

Could mean they all look after themselves, and buy their suits up town?
