I'm voting Evesy & Chuds - (do you think you could give me , Vinny and Baldock a run out?) I reckon at the very least they would have a plan B
Sarll has Plan A and when that turns into a complete disaster - he invokes Plan A again - brilliant

It has to be Sarll. I have my issues with him but he is doing the job. Chuds and Agent eves might be the self appointed experts of borochat but their views mean diddly squat to me. They can come back when they have managed a football league club.

I don't think he would. Beggars can't be choosers.

I'd take Westley over Sarll. Westley would walk the league with this team. Newton is right up his street.

Interesting. Since Westley is available if you were chairman you would sack Sarll and appoint Westley.

Everyone knows how much I love Westley but I wouldn't. If Sarll got poached in a year or two then I might appoint Westley.

No definitely not. Sarll would have til the end of the season to start righting the wrongs which have been evident since day one (mentioned elsewhere).

If I still saw the same things happening (shit at defending crosses/set pieces, fading towards the end of games, needlessly playing players out of position, a lack of ability to see out games from winning positions) I would say he either hasn't addressed them, doesn't see that they need addressing, or doesn't know how to address them. Any of which wouldn't be good enough, and I wouldn't renew his contract. However, that's only if Wezzle was available. If Wezzle had packed it up or got a job elsewhere, then I would keep Sarll because he's most likely better than the alternatives (which I almost never agree is a good attitude, but stability is better than needless relegation battles).

See, I would be the tracksuit manager. We compliment each other perfectly.

Plus we seem to agree on 90% of what each other says (minus my hyperbole).

I do the warm ups, the tactics training and all the dirty work, you do the teamsheet and decide the game plan. You can do recruitment too, if you like.

We should do this poll regularly to see how it alters.

Sarll has now taken a big lead.

It was fun while it lasted.

Maybe we should approach the board if Sarll gets sacked/poached.

I honestly don't see how we could really fuck it up that badly.

In terms of pure numbers, but percentage wise it's only dropped from 40% to 33% and with a far greater number of voters we can safely say our fan base are not opposed to giving us a shot :).
