Same here, not been impressed by Cowans for a while now, L2 doesn't suit him.

King is a must for me.

Cowans is far better in the central role, but we have quite a few of them

Playing him wide limits what he can do

Far better but not better enough to make the starting 11 or the bench solely in that position in my opinion.

I've only seen Cowans a couple of times but thought he looked good at Portsmouth away.

I think I am in the minority here but I quite like him.

Needs toughening up, not a good tackler, but I like the fact he is always moving into space and is a creative and tidy passer.

He's not a winger but Darren introduced Gorman into the game out wide, to give them a slightly more gentle introduction to mens football . Now we see Dale playing central more, I'm sure he'd like to do the same with Henry.

That's my biggest issue with him, not strong enough to play CM in this division. Needs a GW gym plan to beef up a bit.

I'd trade both of these loan extension for King, but I'm not disappointed by this.

Agreed, aside from the Grealish socks he's actually a decent player. Clearly got a good footballing brain and can make an impact on games despite his size. Would be a good impact sub, wouldn't get in the team over Walker and Godden though.

It was always exciting watching him because his pace meant something MIGHT happen, even if it usually didn't.

Agree with you and Tucks. I always at least have the feeling that McKirdy will do something decent, even if he never really ends up changing the game. Definitely better to have him rather than not, IMO.
