Just because he’s got most things right since he arrived here, it doesn’t mean he’s never wrong and should be given carte blanche to act like a wally on the sidelines. It hurts the team and their performances, there is hard evidence to prove it. Even if it was a minimal point or two that it had cost us, that’s currently the difference between a play off place and not qualifying.
It also sends the message to the players, if the manager can repeatedly be ill disciplined then why can’t they.
