A good performance I thought, especially considering most are either new or not our first team choices. Marcal was excellent and his goal superb, a real joy to observe. Liked Casey in defence too. Leicester had some good passages of play in the first half and I thought we might succumb to an equaliser in the later minutes, but we got the win and that will surely build confidence. I’m a good deal less concerned about meeting Leicester in the league now, they were also woeful in parts, and if we’d taken that golden chance to make it 3 it could’ve been far more comfortable a win. But a happy evening and very few complaints.
