Expel them this season from everything except the Mickey Jones Subway Cup and their county cup.

Drop them to the Conference for 27/28 and make them work to the spend limits of each league as they progress back up.

Fine them exactly the amount they recieve in stadium naming rights and front of shirt sponsorship every season for 5 seasons.

-20 points every season for 5 seasons

FA Cup ban 5 seasons.

European ban 5 seasons

Transfer ban 3 seasons. No new player registrations other than from existing internal pathways.

And engrave a physical asterisk against their name on every trophy since the date of the earliest offence.

That should act as a small deterrent while the rest of the PL clubs and dozens ofmplayrs line up to sue them for lost income.

And 'proper' Man City fans will be used to trekking down to tiny grounds from the last time they dropped to tier 3. It'll be nostalgic for them.
