Only four players who started the play-off semi final second leg at Stockport were in the starting eleven yesterday. And two of the subs who came on were new signings. I suspect most of us who saw yesterday's match are still pinching ourselves, but on the face of it we've had a brilliant transfer window, with pace, menace and options up front.
Perhaps the key bit of business was selling Jamie Reid. He just can't play as a lone striker and ended up ceding possession every time he tried. We are so much better off without him.
Anybody know the name of the brilliant number 11 impersonating Jordan Roberts by the way?
