Your original post suggested we petered out which Chuds took as falling form at the end of the season.

in your response you clarified and are correct that our form fell off a cliff for whatever reason in the middle of the season.

And looking at our starting 11s its hard to see why. we weren't consistently missing any nailed on starters, but we couldnt buy a win. it was just a rut that took ages to get out of.

be interesting to see some detailed statistical comparison of that spell against our better spells before and after... Chances created, Xg, chances conceded, distance covered, whether we sat deeper as well as frequency of games or whether we just lucked out by playing teams who'd found a bit of form before meeting us.
