I think this is where Revs sinks or swims. No point protecting him with an experienced head anymore. We did the same with Sarll and there comes a time where you have to see what they've learned/how good they are by themselves. He is welcome to bring in whoever he wants to add to his coaching staff (within a budget of course) and he should, particularly if he feels there is an area he is lacking or he thinks he needs a different idea/perspective, but I don't necessarily think it needs to be an "old head"
