As you said yourself something went wrong.

You should take off the rose tinted glasses. Not everything in life is perfect as you’ve just stated yourself.

God forbid people who’ve gone to most games this season want an easier way to buy tickets instead of being stuck in a queue for 5 hours.

If you don’t highlight the issues nothing improves.

Or should I and everyone else pretend that the release of tickets yesterday went brilliantly?
