You saying kerb appeal can help a business?
Away with your nonsense. An 8 foot fence with turnstiles and the bare concrete underside of a stand would be just as appealing to passing foot and pedestrian traffic.
And even if it didn't, everyone would have a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that there were no bottlenecks at the corner of the stands at 5 minutes to kick off and full time.
