Trouble is, whoever the new manager is, as soon as they're not in the playoff you'll be suggesting the only solution is to sack them.

I'm not defending the current form or performances which are clearly shocking compared to early season, but I think Revell has earnt the right to see out the season and then be assessed on the season as a whole.

We aren't at threat of getting relegated and not many would have expected playoffs before the season. The worst thing Revell could have done is started so well.

If it had been the other way round, being nearly bottom at the start and then went unbeaten for 11 games and were in exactly the same position now on the same points, no one would be demanding him sacked.
