I don't think it's okay to moan AT people. You are well within your right to put up a counter argument or a differing opinion but I think Stirling has made some valid points.

The fact we are punching above our weight doesn't remove any potential for criticism or negate our desire for improvement.

Yes, we should be grateful for the position the club and team are in (on and off-field), and we should take a longer term view on things...but it is fair to point out when a performance in a single game is not up to scratch.

As people have pointed out, teams will come and frustrate us at times, which Burton did pretty well. However, there were too many subpar performances from individuals and no attempt from the management team to change the system during the game.

We did look better for a spell when Harvey came on, but the first half was woeful, and at the point we went 2-1 up we should be doing more to manage that lead.

Now, I appreciate that we have a lack of options off the bench at the moment and we are struggling with some players being unavailable, but it is fair to highlight that our results/performances as a whole over a number of weeks haven't been up to the same standard as the start of the season and it is frustrating having come off a really good win at Stockport. Then again, inconsistency comes with the territory of being a L1 team operating on an average budget.
