iFollow problems

Everytime I click the Wycombe game to get a match audio pass it's not letting me and when I click subscriptions the only thing showing is the AFC Wimbledon audio pass rather than monthly or season subscription pass.
It's been a while since I've used iFollow and I know video streams are out but am I doing something wrong here?
Just wanted to get a monthly pass or the Wycombe game.
