Do you think he can deliver 'flair' football?

I'm not sure he can.

I think he can probably keep us in L1 for a season or two and every once in a while his team will play with freedom and win convincingly, but as much by accident as by design.

But if we want to be an established L1 side maybe we need 2-3 stodgy, flat seasons.
