Aye, I was forgetting that we have the Tifosy investors now. I would normal assume no dividend as the only shareholders are Phil and the Supporters Association. I can't imagine either of them would have dividends.

But there was a 25% (of share cost) dividend paid on the Tifosy shares when we got promoted to League One so that might be in these upcoming accounts, not sure when it would have been paid? So that has to be taken into account when looking at the movement in reserves. There was 12,420 of them A shares and they cost £25 each so that dividend would have amounted to £77,625. So I'm going to claim a profit if the movement is more than minus £77,625 😄

There was meant to be the abolition of the exemption for small companies not to have to prepare a P&L but not sure on the timeframe for that coming. Certainly be more interesting when they have to publish a P&L as well.
