Tbilisi is a decent poke, maybe 5 hours in a private jet each way but at least that was the first game. Slovakia maybe 2 hours each way and put up in nice hotels. Its not exactly backpacking in a 24 hour overnight bus with a sweaty eastern European armpit for company
