The PL rulebook doesnt allow a CAS or other external appeal. Just another panel with quite a tight timeline, a few months or so. And Id imagine the time spent already has meant every crossbones every t has been double checked and every dot above every i verified.
Very little room for manoeuvre left.
I think as a pub lawyer that guilt and punishment will be confirmed this season.
They could try the High Court but I think they would decline to hear it and the PL wouldn't necessarily be required to delay punishment while they considered it if they did agree.
