Probably on a reasonable wage plus living expenses and plenty of travel.
"Working" probably 20 days a year ax once you exclude the arduous task of being driven or flown to watch a match once or twice a week and chatting to his boss on teams every few days.
And living costs are cheap as chips even living in à gated community or beachside villa complex compared to UK
Wouldn't mind his job.
