I think the pragmatic label gets thrown around too liberally now. We’re not being pragmatic now, at times we’re not compromising at all. Pragmatic is “this game needs X, so we’ll do it,” as opposed to just being married to one philosophy and the only tweaks being whether we play 5-3-2 or 4-3-3.

Edit: I fully support Revs. The football isn’t exciting to watch but he got us play-off football last season. That doesn’t mean he isn’t beyond criticism or that we can’t hope for some more eye pleasing football, even if most of us know that may result in less pleasing overall results.
