Does the fact they are new and have no obvious money on their accounts, and the 2 directors have dissolved a couple of companies previously raise your pulse at all or is that all normal for tech bro finance type startups?
If they earned or lost or borrowed money last year, or had assets, would you expect to see it in their available reports?
Where did they get the money to give to Phil?
Vicky Gosling OBE who appears on the website and Instagram but isnt listed as a director has some pedigree... A former Group Captain in the Royal Air Force who went on to run the 2016 Invictus Games in Florida (a disabled veterans event established by Prince Harry and others, coming to Birmingham next year), she was (and may still be) CEO of British Ski and Snowboarding and was quite senior at the Jockey club so she knows sport.
