Away Win at Last

I’ve just realised that last night’s game was the first away win that I have attended since we beat Wimbledon in 2014! 12 years!

Admittedly I haven’t been to loads of away matches & I didn’t attend ANY games for a number of years for various reasons but even so, I have been to many games in the last 3 years.

I’ve witnessed many draws and many, many defeats with the majority being miserable performances. Last season, for example, I went to Wycombe (1-3), Reading (0-1) , Luton (1-2), Northampton (1-3) & Wigan (the most boring 0-0 I’ve ever seen).

I know this post won’t have a huge amount of relevance to most people but I thought it was worth marking.

12 years!!!
