You have touched on a major factor Rocky.
The support of clubs is generational. We are now seeing our children and our grandchildren getting hooked. It will take even more time. If you consider nearly every other club in the EFL, they have been going for many generations.
That aside, when we sung the Mitchell Cole chant on 21 mins, it sparked a bit of a conversation. Our club was born in 1976 and I would guess that most of the players that ever played for us are still alive! I don't believe there are many clubs that can say that.
