The only point I would make, which may well be why Orford rarely played, is that regardless of where they come from we would expect them to do their fair share of the defensive side of the game, as our team is expected to all do that, and if they don't they won't be getting picked.

Now I, as a parent club, would view that as being beneficial, developing that side of the game in the player, but I suspect they don't all view it that way and would rather loan to a side who is believed to "play football the right way" over us.
