It's not about affording them, compared to good players managers are cheap, no transfer fee either.
It's about attracting them to Stevenage, unfashionable club hardly anyone has heard of, tiny crowds.
So we get journeyman who have multiple failures elsewhere, or untested youbg managers, most of whom, as statistics show, will have one job in EFL management, fail, get sacked and never work at EFL level again.
That's the challenge.
