Results recently have been disappointing and well below par.

At the same time, I can't see us making a change before the end of the season.

I think a far more likely outcome is we finish 14th/15th, have a big clear out in the summer, and see where we are at Christmas.

Paying out that 5 year contract won't be cheap. So long as we aren't at serious risk of relegation, I can't see anything changing any time soon.
