If you're playing 5-3-2 one of those 3 is playing as a 10 you don't need the other two sitting deep.

That 10 is Kemp or Roberts.

You need a battler and disrupter sitting in front of the defence, for me that's Phillips or Houghton.

Phillips covers more ground, wins the ball more, is more aggressive, but has a tendency to push a long way up the pitch like a dog chasing a cat, Jordan is more intelligent and disciplined.

Then you play Louis T as the CM

Not sure how we get Campbell or Patterson into the line-up. Unless you.play them up top.
