Finance is king but wouldn't it be nice to see some of our home grown, young talent, make it with us. As a smaller club, I guess we will always be a selling club to help balance the books. The higher up the leagues we go the more it will be apparent for us to keep selling our talent. Its not until you get to Arsenal or Manchester United level that money isn't such an issue. Unfortunately this is the trade off when you support a smaller club...however, I wouldn't change it if meant we would lose the character of our club which keeps me a fan.
