Would below that count as a poor season even if we are safe?

For me the answer is Nope, and Yep.

But I wouldn't sack him unless it was evident he'd lost the dressing room - unless the football was consistently absolutely dire. Which it isn't, we do still put decent halves in. But I'd be marking his card for next season.
