We need to come out on fire in the first half from minute one.
Seems to me we continually come out sloppy and let the oppo take control.
Do they warm up sufficiently including mentally?? In fact do they do any mental stuff??
My son is a decent golfer so he plays the first few holes in the nets immediate before a comp. That seems to work for him.
Visualising how the comp is going to go is more tricky.
We must not forget that our biggest weapon is our brain as that controls it all.
