I think we need a creative midfielder more than a striker, particularly if White goes. On the Not the Top 20 podcast they mentioned that we've created the fewest number of chances in League 1 and, Ahadme at Reading aside, I don't remember our strikers missing too many 'big' chances, it's more that they're not getting much created for them.
Somebody who can give us a platform to move the ball forward and out wide quickly and more effectively might help, but I'm not sure whether we don't create much due to the way we set up, the players, the way other teams set up against us, or another reason...either way, finding good players in January is never easy so good luck to Revs, Leon and co.
