Capacity is fine as the EFL minimum is 4,000 covered or 5,000 total, and that applies from L2 entry onwards.

I think the ask is for 2,000 away seats but you have a while to move to that.

A commitment to move towards all seater (or rail seating) is all you need.

I assume we'd still hit 5,000 if we converted the East but it'd be tight.

Plus enhanced officials and subs seating (bigger benches), TV production facilities and a few other bits, nothing massively expensive compared to the increased wage demands that come with the extra Sky money.
