Personally I would like to see him start every game for the rest of the season.

That'd go down like a lead balloon with the squad players who bust a gut in training every day*.

Or they'd all adjust their effort levels to match Young's.

Not for me. If, after trying to work with him he still can't put in the graft, we get rid. We all want Revs to be a bit more ruthless at times.

Fact is, not all signings work out.

(*This whole debate of course assumes he is a poor trainer, which we don't actually know, we only hear the rumours)
