I actually made it to the game today! Dreadful first half (by both teams), I thought MacDonald was well off the pace & seemed to be lacking fitness. Delighted he was replaced. Also disappointed in Freeman - I was excited when we signed him but he was totally anonymous.
Second half was a totally different game & the subs made a huge impact.
TVC is absolute quality. I can’t believe he’s not been snapped up by a bigger club. I thought Burns looked impressive too & Hemmings improves every game.
According to the BBC Evans is the first manager to get 5 bookings so another record!
