Is he experienced though? Only two years in the job and before management he was coaching. I think experienced managers are ones who have managed a variety of clubs, with a bigger budgets and less, have gone through promotion battles and relegation battles, Sarll hasn't been through that yet. Plus, we're the first club he has managed, far from experienced I would suggest. Good point about Wenger etc, but it does help to have played at a pro level, the understanding of preparation and performance at pro level is so different to the semi pro ranks. I'll give you an example, Sarll was running the warm up yesterday and the centre forwards warm up. The manager shouldn't be doing that, that's the coaches job, did you ever see Westley joining in with the centre forwards in the warm up, no. Very amateurish IMO.

I do agree about Dino, maybe a perfect candidate to come back to the club. Will certainly stir things up.
