Young and inexperienced manager? How long has he spent in coaching and management? He isn't inexperienced any more. Yes he might improve with age, at some point in the future, but he's either good enough or he isn't.

If not all of the team are on top of their game then we are always going to struggle?

How is this different to any other team? Especially at this level. So it shouldn't make us comparatively weaker than any given opponent.

The difference is those teams that win more have fewer players having off days. This might have something to do with the quality of their coaching and utilising tactics that are tailored to strengths.

(And I disagree on Jack King. He's our best player but he's well below his levels from last season, he ain't the messiah).
