Darren, as a football manager I know you have a massive pad with a swimming pool (this is artistic license, I know nothing of DS' living arrangements). Now picture this. The water has started to turn cloudy. You ask the guy you employ to look after said pool, let's call him Warren Marll, what's happening. He tells you that he's putting the same chemicals in in the same quantities every day so you tell him he should try do something different to fix it.

The next day the water is still cloudy so you ask if he has changed things, to which he replies that he has brought in a couple of apprentices in place of his old staff, and they are putting the chemicals in instead. This goes on for a week and now you're really upset, you love swimming but you really don't want to go any more. You confront Warren and the apprentices. Warren tells you all the things you want to hear (you get the feeling he's holding back in front of the apprentices) so, being the patient guy you are you give him some more time to get the water clear again. He says if he has one more member of staff to help in January it'll change things and the water will be clear once again. He always seems to have an excuse but nothing ever seems to change.

Now you've not been able to swim for a few weeks and it is clear that the pool guy is reluctant to change his routine despite it being abundantly clear that what he is doing isn't working. What would you do?
